HOUSE RULE

On the board and during the trip

Considering that the ship (hereinafter: Ship) is considered a dangerous operation, it is mandatory for all Passengers to adhere to the following rules on the access ramp leading to the Ship and on the Ship after leaving the mainland:

During navigation, Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as Civil Code), Act XLII of 2000 on water transport. Act, CLV of 1997 on consumer protection. Act, ("Ftv") 261/2008 on the conditions of water passenger transport. (XI.3) Government Decree ("VSZF"), as well as the provisions of the General and Special Contractual Terms and Conditions and the provisions of these House Rules shall govern. As a result, the captain and crew of the Ship, as a floating facility, are obliged in accordance with the provisions of the law to take all measures possible in the given situation in order to prevent danger and damage to the safety of navigation, the floating facility, the passengers, and the objects on it. The Captain of the Ship is entitled to order any person on the floating facility to take the action necessary to avert the dangerous situation in order to prevent the danger to the Ship and the passengers on board.

  • You can only enter and stay on the ship with a permit!
  • During the trip, the passenger (hereinafter: Passenger) must follow the instructions of the Ship's crew!
  • It is forbidden to enter and stay in an area closed to Passengers, an area separated by a chain or a barrier, to step over the barrier and chain, or to hang them from their place! The tools, ropes and life belts on the ship are accessories of the ship, their removal and use is possible only in case of emergency or danger to life!
  • The Danube is an unpredictable and dangerous river. Jumping in from the Ship, attempting to jump in, encouraging others to jump in is strictly prohibited and life-threatening!
  • Access to the outer deck, the front and back of the ship, is accessible only with a permit and escort!
  • The management of the Ship reserves the right to limit and define the range of devices that can be brought onto the Ship: in particular, drugs, pyrotechnic devices, objects or devices containing explosive, toxic or flammable substances, devices suitable for creating graffiti, paint sprayers are PROHIBITED in the Ship's area. Also, to bring in firearms, knives, butterfly knives, spring knives, gas spray, lead batons, vipers, metal chains, throwing stars, slingshots, or other devices and objects that are particularly dangerous to public safety, as defined by current legislation, or objects that are illegal to possess or that may pose a danger to the safety of persons staying on the ship.
  • The ship's deck is slippery in rainy weather, please take this into consideration when traveling and staying there!
  • The sockets on the ship may be used as intended!
  • It is FORBIDDEN to enter the Ship's area in a drunken state, in an intoxicated state, or in incomplete clothing that offends others. The Ship's staff reserves the right to check entry.
  • In the area of the Ship, the Passenger is obliged to behave in accordance with the general community norms, in accordance with the legal requirements and the provisions of these House Rules and is obliged to refrain from any expression, communication or action that may endanger or violate the life, health or physical integrity, personal rights of others. The Passenger acknowledges that by purchasing the ticket and as a guest of the event, he automatically accepts these House Rules and accepts the consequences of non-compliance with the rules.
  • It is forbidden to carry out any kind of economic, commercial or advertising activity in the area of the Ship without the prior written permission of the Operator.
  • Persons under the age of 18 may not be served alcoholic beverages on the Ship's premises. During service at the counters, the Passenger may be asked to prove his age with an identification document. If the Passenger is unable or unwilling to prove his age as described above, the Ship's staff may refuse to serve the Passenger alcoholic beverages. According to the current legislation, the consumption of substances classified as drugs is prohibited on the Ship's territory!
  • For personal and property safety reasons, the Ship uses a CCTV system in its entire area. The rules for the operation of the camera system are contained in the rules laid down in the Ship's data protection regulations. An audiovisual recording can be made of the programs held on the Ship, in which the Passenger might also appear. The Passenger acknowledges the appearances on the recordings by purchasing the entrance ticket or by inviting them to the event and consents to their publication.
  • The Ship does not assume responsibility for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of the Ship's structure, or due to the Passenger being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the closed areas of the Ship, smoking is only allowed in the designated area!
  • It is forbidden to bring animals into the interior and exterior spaces of the Ship, and dogs may be brought in with a muzzle and a leash.
  • The Passenger is responsible for all damages caused by his/her intentional or blameworthy behavior.
