Pál Tóth is one of the most talented young chefs in the country. Pál was captivated by the kitchen at the age of 15 and is still in love with it.
It's important to him that a meal is a complex experience, that a restaurant experience becomes a memory, and to do this he provides the impulses that can trigger them. He draws inspiration from many places. Seasonality and the use of local ingredients are important to him. His cuisine is characterised by playfulness, complexity and constant innovation.
